It’s a little difficult on some but they do work. The sellers painted them to match the house. I personally love them but we haven’t lived in it yet so I can’t say how well they insulate. My husband and dad are insisting we change them now because bugs and dirt and energy efficien --- If you do replace them, don't let the salesmen talk you into anything. You have a wide range of design options available, use them.
