My Problem is Condiments

Specifically, salad dressings, bbq sauce, ketchup, and mayo. If I'm going over my calorie deficit, its because of these fuckers. And the lower calorie versions just don't taste right. I already don't drink sugary anything, desserts are a once a month thing and carefully weighed/accounted for. It's the damn condiments. I'm a dipping sauce person and I hate dry meals. But I know if I skip out on those I'd have so much more space for actual filling meals. So here I am, venting as I frown over a cold cut sandwich with spicy mustard and light mayo :(
