Hey I’m well aware that being in a caloric deficit is the main way to lose weight. I’m just curious how merely cutting your caloric surplus impacts your weight? I’m a chronic snacker and haven’t been eating well for the last little while. Let’s just say ones at a daily caloric surplus of 2000+…. then they begin eating better and their caloric surplus is below 1000/day. It’s still a surplus but much better than before. Would this have any impact on weight/fat? I don’t have a lot of time to burn the amount of calories necessary to be in a deficit, even if I ate 1 meal a day. How the hell does one do this!!!
