We're in the middle of having an addition built. As an add on to the plans, we paid $2500 to have a new window opening cut, and window installed in this bedroom (this room was original to the house). They cut the opening today while we were at work and i about had a stroke coming home and seeing it off center. There was never a discussion about where the window would go, so i just assumed it would be centered on the wall. It looks like they were trying to avoid moving some electrical things both inside and outside the house. I am ocd about things being level and centered, and i know this is going to drive me crazy for a long long time. But i don't want to be a Karen. There's still a lot of work to go on the addition and i want to maintain a good relationship with the contractor. Would you say something? I vented to my mother-in-law, and she suggests to just deal with it.
