Post
I have been doing a caloric deficit for 2 months and have barely lost any weight. I often wake up with an extra four pounds that were not there in the morning. Its also not water weight as it won’t go away. Doctor has said I can try Ozempic as they do mot believe i am doing a deficit and think I want a quick fix. I want to do the Ozempic too as the weight is really affecting my mental health. Especially since I do not see the weight gain reflected in my diet. I do not want to be on it for my entire life though. Anyone been through something similar? 32f if that matters. 186 lbs that sometimes turns into 192 randomly.
