Hi fellow tall girls, i’m wondering how many calories you eat a day to maintain? i am a 5’11 women and i eat anywhere from 2000-2500 a day. I want to start losing weight slowly so im not sure what number to start at and would like some insight on what you guys eat to maintain. I also weight lift and do cardio at least 4x a week as well as play club volleyball. I am trying to consistently eat 2100 calories but it doesn’t seem like my weight is going down. I do suffer from binge eating so i’m trying not to focus to much on the calories but i would love some feed back!
