I’m back to my heaviest was at 336 went all the way down to 240 and I’m back to 330 I was eating 400-700 cals a day going to the gym 4-5 times a week didn’t ever feel tired from eating so little but I want to get back to it I looked and felt great never lost strength if anything I got way stronger I know a lot of people say you shouldn’t eat so little if your trying to lose weight because you’ll end up weaker or skinny fat but it worked for me does anybody have any tips or should I do what I did back than
