Post

I am starting ozempic this month I was just approved and I’m abit scared on how I will be mentally. Also I have been overweight my whole life and honestly I’m scared of why it will be like to finally lose all the weight I’ve always hated. Also I have horrible food noise I always think of food and I seen someone talk about how empty those thoughts get which is really good but makes me wonder if I will enjoy life still. I would love if you guys could share your stories and journeys.

Supporting Your Journey

Body

Hi u/Busy-Wonder5603, I totally understand how anxious you must feel about this big change. It's normal to have concerns about the mental aspects of weight loss, especially after such a long journey. If you're interested, I can share some resources and stories from others who have been in your shoes. You're not alone in this!
