I’ve gone from 15+ stone (210lbs/95kg) to 12 stone (168lbs//76kg). My height is 5’8. I understood with the loss of weight my body would obviously lose fat. My face, arms, everywhere has gotten much slimmer. But for some reason I didn’t expect it to become very uncomfortable to sit. When I sit down it feels like my bones are going to come out of my skin, it’s painful and uncomfortable. If I sit on my hands I can quite literally FEEL the roundness of my bones. It’s caused me a lot of concern because I didn’t think that was entirely normal? Will working out prevent this feeling at all?
