So I never had a weigh problem until I turned 17 and my thyroid went to shit. I gained a sizable amount of weight in a short period of time and I’ve been struggling with my weight ever since. Last year and the year before, I was doing really well. I was working out 6 days a week, was on a calorie deficit and doing good. I lost 23 lbs, which is a lot for me. I got laid off from my job that helped keep me active. Then my husband got back from his deployment and everything tapered off from there. After his return, I moved states, got pregnant, then lost the pregnancy. My body is still dealing with the aftermath of that. I gained back most of what I lost. At the end of March, I was also diagnosed with some severe mental illnesses. I feel very disheartened and depressed about gaining back 16 of the 23 lbs that I lost. I am planning on going back to what I did soon. Just need a little encouragement I guess.
