UPS couldn’t find my apartment on Saturday, so Lilly requested package be returned to sender. No updates since Monday. I’ve reached out via chat and phone and apparently they’ve escalated my case but still no update on when to expect new shipment. I got a call from Lilly at 8am on 5/13 asking to confirm my address. This is so annoying! Sunday will be 1 week late for my dose (2 weeks since my last one). Anyone else experienced this?
