I've been on MJ/Zep since January 2023. I was on each dosage for a month until I got to 15mg and I've been on that ever since. I always require greater dosages of all meds than most people, for them to be effective. I lost about 170 lbs and reached my goal weight around February 2025. Since then, I started slowly gaining and was up about 15lbs until about 2 months ago when it really started to pile on. I was up another 15, so now 30 over the goal I reached. The food noise is back. I started taking another 5mg dose mid-week in addition to the 15 but no change. I saw online that you can take your dose every 5 days for more effectiveness. I have a lot of extra, accumulated over the years, so I could try that. However, I feel like the drug no longer works at all, not like it's wearing off later in the week, so I don't know if this will work for me. Has anyone tried this or have any other advice of things I can try? I already take 2000mg of Metformin and I've added all the recommended supplements. Of course, my doctor wouldn't condone any of these things so her only advice was to try not to gain too much before a more effective drug comes out next year. Help!
