Started in 10/2025. I'm at 10mg and as of last week was still losing, but at a slower pace (after a brief stall on same dose) , which I'll take because I have had a heck of a ride with nausea, fatigue, etc. Things are finally ....dare I say, NORMAL? Yesterday was day before my shot day. I went for my normal 1.5 mile walk during lunch break and all of a sudden my hands and knees start trembling, I was sweaty and pale and dizzy. I had eaten lightly that day (NOT low enough I would think this would happen - had breakfast and lunch at normal times and day before was actually a "over calorie" day) . But this was the first time since starting glps this has happened this bad. I quickly ate something and it went away and I was fine. Usually I do feel more hungry and more cravings towards shot day and this week was no different. obviously will monitor my caloric intake just to make sure but wondering if I should go up in dosage, not because I'm not losing, but because it seems not to be lasting the whole 7 days? anyone else experience these blood sugar drops on Zepbound? They are what always prevented me from being successful at any "diet" in the past , especially caloric restriction of any kind, so this is making me nervous. I thought Zepbound had helped this insulin resistance issue. **will talk with my doc, as I would have fainted had I not stopped and been able to eat right away. just looking for advice on dosage I guess.
