Drop of blood after injection?

Never had issued with the brand needles Comfort, from Lily direct. Now they send even a longer needle which hurts a bit. So I bought some off Amazon. Same size as the comfort. Ok the last month or so I have been having a dot of blood. Do you think it's because I'm pulling the needle out slow? I try not to push hard. When I saw some of the medicine around my injection site outside on my skin so now I push the meds in slow not fast. I get nervous still injecting myself, heart is pounding. Maybe it's me? Could it be that I'm at a angle when injecting when I feel like I'm straight? I'm overthinking right. Thanks for reading. Any tips let me know.
