Need help starting off

Hey all, found this sub and been lurking a bit. Worked up the confidence to actually post something. In short, I currently weigh over 400lbs, and I’m a real bad stress/loneliness eater. My job isn’t very movement intensive, nor do i move much on my own. I know I need to move more, but thats all I’ve got rn. My job doesn’t pay enough for a gym membership where I am. My goal? Preferably in the 200-250lb range. My weight is affecting my mental health, social life, and frankly I’ve had enough of it. Now I ask for y’all’s help. Idk what to even look at to start this journey. Anything would be useful.
