Went up to 12.5 mg, 2nd dose was Monday night. Yesterday, I was so nauseous, light-headed, and weak that I could hardly stay standing. I did NOT have that experience with the first 12.5 mg dose. I finally forced myself to eat because I'm aware that low blood sugar can also cause nausea and headaches, but then I immediately hurled. Felt better after that, however. I didn't eat the rest of the night. Today, I've eaten small amounts twice. One time, I even felt hungry. But, when I eat, I feel nauseous right after. That did happen last week, but like on previous doses, by the weekend, I was eating normally without problems. I love the benefits of Mounjaro. I've lost 50 lbs over the last year--not as quickly as most posters here, but I haven't been as clean-eating as I was before the Mounjaro. I was more keto/carnivore and now meats don't sit as well. Went on Mounjaro for the diabetes and my last 2 A1C's have been WNL. Not even pre-diabetic. I have AS and the amount of pain and inflammation relief with Mounjaro makes me want to stay with it for many more reasons than weight loss! You cannot trade the ability to walk or even work out again. But, Bulemia is definitely NOT my goal! What do you guys eat when the nausea is at its peak?
