I eat a 1200 calorie diet and I have never had any bathroom issues in particular. In the past three or four months I've started eating a breakfast burrito every morning that is 1 carb balance tortilla, some turkey breast, tomato, spinach and spring mix. The tortilla has 30 G of fiber which is my full daily value. I also consume carrots and celery for lunch/snack, sometimes edamame, and white fish, ground turkey, or chicken with more green veggies for dinner. I am peeing out of my ass at least once a week and this thing to start when I started eating the tortillas every single day. Is it possible that I am eating too much fiber? I thought 30-60g was a safe amount and I can't imagine that the veggies and lean meats add up to another 30g but idk.
