Im 4ft 10 in 18f and have been working and tracking my cals and macros for the past 4 months. i lift weights around 6x a week and do stairs or treadmill also 6x a week. I eat pretty clean and try to get around 100g of protein a day. I’ve been eating in a deficit but have seen like no change in weight at all?? and I’ve done EVERYTHING. Ive pushed harder in workout and recently have been cutting cals like crazy bc I’ve been consistent and saw no progress but I’m still seeing no progress. and I’m really particular and good at tracjing EVERYTHING EXACTLY and idk what I’m doing wrong bc I should be losing weight 😭
