Do I count exercise as part of my deficit?

Hey, I am just a little confused about my tdee and what to put for exercise. My bmr is 1569 calories.a day. My tdee of sedentary bout 1883 calories a day. Light exercise is 2157.calories. I eat about 1200-1400 calories a day. So I get about 483-683 calories of a deficit. Then I exercise every day and lose about 500 -600 calories a day. (I wear a step.counter and put all my exercise into a calories calculator online.) Am I going into too much of a deficit? I know you're not supposed to lose more than 1-2 lbs a week for safe.weightloss. Do I lower my exercise, or eat a bit more of I go over a 1000 calories defecicit a day? Here is my exercise routine. 15000 steps a day minimum ( but often more) Aquasizes twice a week for an hour each time Treading water afterwards for an hour twice a week Treading water half.an hour once a week. Would that be sedentary on my normal days and lightly active in my extra exercise days?
