I was on 12.5 then down to 10mg for many months before having to stop for surgery. And now in chemo. I got the ok to go back on from the weight gain, I’ve gained 15lbs .. it’s been 3months since ai stopped. Anyone have success restarting at 1mg then going up as needed? I don’t want side effects while also on chemo. I didn’t have any most of the time, but did have some gi issues at the start. Or suggestions on how to restart and balance it w chemo? It’s once every 3 weeks. The major hunger is the week after infusion.
