success / effectiveness of 2 miles a day with a calorie deficit

Post

I’m about 5’3, 19f, and (over estimating a bit since it’s been months since I’ve weighed myself) 155lbs. I’ve been eating around 1000 calories a day for over a week, and incorporating at least 2 miles on my incline walking pad a day. I work from home all day so I don’t get much other steps in aside from that. I’ve struggled with my mental health and it’s led to my reclusion from anywhere outside my home, but I find that my better diet has been helping a bit. My maintenance calories are a little over 1700 with little to no movement. And I’ve had no cravings or hunger with my recent 1000 calories a day. I wait to eat after 2 and don’t eat past 7 so I’m fasting most of the day. I’m not looking to build muscle, just to loose fat so I’m not as chubby. Has anyone else had good results from just around 2 miles a day? I plan on working my way up, I’m just curious if this is effective for weight loss where I am now?
