This may sound extremely silly to some of you, but I’ve been religiously weighing myself daily since my diet started the first week of January. Since starting I haven’t missed a single weigh in. I’ll be traveling for a work trip soon, and I’m like “oh no… my weigh in’s.” What should I do? Part of me is just like accept the gap in the data, and weigh in when you get home. The other part of me is like buy a new ifit scale at Walmart once I get there, add it to my account, and continue weighing in daily at my hotel. Or just buy any crappy digital scale and weigh and manually record it. I know this will sound silly to many of you here, but I can be like Sheldon sometimes lol, I’ll just drive myself crazy. But I know switching to a new scale will produce noisy data as they won’t be perfectly zeroed the same way.
