Replaced blower motor and now the ac seems to be blowing much slower

Post

First of all I got AC again after almost a week of living in one room with a window unit. It’s gone from 81-78 in about 30 min. So it’s really not too shabby It’s just not blowing very much air. Where did my hurricane go? The duct above the stack is cool to the touch. The compressor is running fine the blower is actually spinning and blowing, which was my problem for 6 days in 100 deg heat. Replaced the old **Rheem** [ 51-24070-02 With the replacement 51-102500-01 The board is a 62-24140-04 Everything is plugged in same as the old motor. The capacitor was replaced with the same type. Just 17 years newer. **Black → COOL** **Blue → HEAT** **Yellow → FAN** **Red → M2** White → Neutral

Summary

The post is about an HVAC blower motor and AC airflow issue, not a window replacement or window problem.

Reasoning

The author discusses replacing a Rheem blower motor, capacitor wiring, compressor operation, and reduced airflow from the AC system; windows are only mentioned incidentally as a window unit and do not indicate interest in window repair or replacement.
