Can’t stick to a deficit because I can’t sleep when I’m hungry

Not sure if I’m venting or looking for advise. I’m 121 lbs at 5”2 and would like to be 115. I know it’s just vanity weight but that was my weight in my early 20s and I felt better about my body then. I have been eating between 1800-1900 for months and cannot lose the last few lbs. Every time I try to lower my calories I wake up in the middle of the night starving and can’t fall asleep until I eat a snack. It’s frustrating that I have the discipline to stick to my diet during the day but just can’t sleep if I don’t eat enough.
