I recently upped my dose of ozempic to 1.5mg from 1mg and I finally understand what people have been talking about for the no sugary cravings or feeling that you don't need to eat. I had been on 1mg for about a year and saw no help with the weight, I really had to struggle to loose something and mostly I just stood still. mu bloodsygar was perfect tho, I even got low often, which Is what scared me of upping the dose. but I finally did and I'm sooo happy I did. I don't feel the same urge for sugar and I can easily eat sallad every day the week amd not feel like I need anything else. it's amazing. I have lost 2kg the resent week, I know it's more in the beginning but it feels so good. ๐Ÿ˜Š
