What type of water is everyone drinking?

For as long as I can remember, I rarely drank a lot of water. Usually only drank it when I was super thirsty after an intense workout. Lately I’m hearing at every turn that I need to drink more water. What type of water are you drinking? Straight from your tap, fridge or faucet? Are you using a water filter? Are you buying bottled or some other specialty product? Do you like spring, sparkling or something else? Do you add something or have a technique to staying hydrated and seeing progress? Is there a difference in how you feel or in your weight loss progress based on the type of water you drink? I’d love to hear about how you water!
