app I used was called Dose Up in the second picture. First picture is Christmas 2024, second is 2025, and the third is from about a week ago. I only started sema at the end of January, but I’ve lost around 50 kg. I haven’t been taking progress pics consistently, which I probably should. I feel like there’s a difference, but then I look at these pictures and still think I look exactly the same. Like, apparently no GLP 1 is going to completely change my build overnight, but progress is progress.
