i'm pissed off but whatever been doing this whole eat better, work out, drink water thing for way too long and nothing works tried everything people recommend and i just keep going in circles. a friend kept telling me to try something and i kept saying no because i wanted to prove i could do it by myslef. idk why i'm like this but whatever starting tomorrow. i'll come back and say if it actually worked 😈
