Hi, I kinda just wanna get more thoughts and opinions about this because it’s been kind of getting to me. For reference I am a 24 year old woman who is 5’11 and was at 280 but am now sitting at 264. I started my journey Late February so it also hasn’t been that long but I got down last week to 260 and then when up again. I know I shouldn’t let that affect me that much but I just don’t understand why? I started losing rapidly after i lost the first 8 pounds in a month and then lost 12 pounds in two weeks. I am also seeing a personal trainer and working out 5x a week and am eating between 1700-1900 cals (my deficit is 2200 but i’m just not that hungry anymore) Am I doing something wrong or do I just need to keep doing what i’m doing and let it run its course?
