I have been on Olanzapine for a few years now for my mental health. For a while, I was on Abilify instead, and I think I was down to 270 at one point, but I switched back to the former because the latter wasn’t really working. One of its most known side effects is weight gain. As of this morning, I’m up to 291. I’m tall (6’5”), but I carry most of my weight in my torso. I got blood test results back, and since last time (Feb 2025), my ALT went from borderline high (56) to high (92). My AST is also in the high range now. I don’t drink or do drugs because I don’t want interactions with my medications. I’m always tired, and take a daily nap just to get through the day. I’m meeting with my doctor on the 21st, but can anyone provide help?
