I have been following high protein/ fibre for the last 6 weeks as much as possible. Honestly, it really keeps me so satiated. Yesterday, I had to travel/fly so totally went off plan (flight delays etc). Then today, I met with some friends for lunch in a restaurant. I have been off plan all day actually, eating like I used to...so picking at random stuff in my fridge. Craving chocolate etc. It just goes to show how powerful protein and fibre have been for me to improve the food noise (when on track) and literally keep me feeling so full in a calorie deficit. Ironically, eaten more calories today but still feel "hungry". I honestly cannot wait to get straight back into it tomorrow. I forgot how awful I feel following a binge. I feel nauseous and so painfully full!
