Yogurt or oats what’s your opinion and why?

Hey guys I am someone who stuggles up and down it my diet control and after lots of trial and error I have found that my biggest problem is boredom eating I am quite happy with my morning and lunch routine but am looking for your opinions on maybe some boredom snacks and have come to the conclusion that popcorn yogurt and oats are probably my best bet so for those who have gone this route what’s your opinion/preferred option and why what do you mix with your oats/yogurt? And how much do you guys eat? Most of my weekdays are easy enough to occupy my time with work Monday to Thursday I’m at work 5 am until 1 2PM then I get home and am at the gym from 3/3:30 PM until around 4:30/5 home shower eat and relax then bed My biggest problem is those Friday to sundays I find it to hard to keep busy to not eat so I’m just looking for alternatives instead of cookies and junk Thanks in advance for your help and I apologize for the rambling of this post
