I used to weigh 97.1 kg and I'm now down to 82 kg. My goal is to fit into my old jeans again. I think I need to lose around 10 more kg, so at 185 cm and male, I'm aiming for 72 kg. For anyone else on a weight loss journey: don't be too hard on yourself. I cut out the junk, processed food mostly and started eating more potatoes instead of pasta, and added more vegetables. But I still eat whatever I want sometimes. I also go for daily walks, not every single day, but most of the time. Honestly, other people have started noticing that I look better and all that, but at this stage, the difference doesn't feel that dramatic to me yet. My routine: Breakfast as much coffee or tea as I want + 3 eggs sometimes chicken breast or tofu as well. Dinner: chickenbreast with whatever vegetables I want to eat and potatoes. Sometimes pizza or spaghetti but it’s rare. I totally stoped eating sweets and chips. And my bare minimum is to take a 10km walk a day or bicycle but often I do longer trips (max currently 35km). If I’m hungry I eat carrots or apples or cucumbers mostly. Try to drink enough, but I often miss that.
