Has anyone got any tips for dealing with constant hunger and food noise? It feels like I’m always thinking about my next meal, even when I’ve just eaten, and it’s starting to get a bit frustrating. I’m actually trying to lose weight for the first time in my life, so this is all pretty new territory for me. So far I’ve lost 24 pounds since the beginning of my journey, which I’m really proud of, but I’ve definitely hit a point where things feel a bit harder. One of my biggest struggles is portion control. My eyes always seem to be bigger than my stomach, and I find myself serving more than I probably need, then either overeating or feeling guilty about wasting food. I also struggle with feeling full for long enough, which makes it harder to stick to my goals. If anyone has tips on staying full, managing portions, or quieting that constant “food noise,” I’d really appreciate it. Whether it’s habits, types of food, routines, or mindset shifts—anything that’s helped you would be amazing to hear! Thanks in advance :)
