Cutting it short, after alot of struggle i am allowed to go to the gym, i belong to a superrr backward fam. But i want to improve and prove everyone wrong. I am new to fitness and i dont want to mess it up. I am 5 ft 187 pounds female. Goal is to be lean n fit. Please guide me what should i focus on? I do understand strength training is important but i dont know how much should i be doing it as a plus size girl? I do eat in a calorie deficit and max clean i can. I really want to improve, be very fit. My gym isnt fancy and but well equipped. Advice from you experienced people might change my life and also save my time. :) Pls be kind.
