Hi guys, I'm just looking for some advice please. I'm currently on 2.5 Mounjaro since September 2025. In the begining I was loosing between 2-4lbs weekly. As expected, it slowed down to 1-2lbs. It took me about 1 year to finally take my first injection because I was petrified of the symptoms. I also have Emetophobia. I've had very little symptoms. Bloating and sometimes heartburn. For around 3 months. I've either lost 0.5-1lb or maintained the previous week's weight. Food noise is slightly coming back. I need to order my next pen today. Thinking I need to up my dose to 5mg. But I feel like I'm back at the beginning again with my worries. Going up to 5mg scares me, alot. What if 5mg will give me side effects. Basically, I'm just looking for reassurance from someone who's journey has been the same as mine. Thank you for reading.
