So this was my 4th week on 5mg and I'm debating if I should go up in dose. 1... I've been gaining and losing the same 5lbs for the last 2 months. And it's not like I only have a few pounds to lose. I still need to lose a good 70 or so. 2... while the first 3 days after the shot are decent, food noise and my ability to eat a lot is reduced, I've found that by day 4, I can feel the food noise coming back. I still can't eat a ton, but my want to eat more is there and it's not hunger. It's just that urge to eat more. Does it sound like I need to go up in dose?
