I did my first jab on the lowest dose (0.25) 4 days ago, since then I have eaten slowly and tried to not over eat but the gastric reflux is bad and I am wondering if it will ever go away. So scared on higher doses but I read higher doses causes less reflux. I was not super into taking ozempic but I do need to lose significant weight so my GP and psychologists advised for me to do it due to hypothyroidism and PMOS (previously known as PCOS). I do want to fit better in this world especially in chairs and airplane seats and cute clothes and stopped being judged by other health practitioners for my bigger body. But the reflux is really painful down my throat and it is constant throughout the day. I havr some famotidine to manage (PPI dont work well with me) but I am just worried about it persisting and being constant and worse.
