Recipes for depressive episode

Hey guys! I‘m struggling with depressive episode right now. Big part of it is that I barely find motivation to get up. Luckily I have a dog that forces my 10K steps daily, and a PT that forces me to work out at least once a week. But right now, I either don’t eat or only eat take out. Even though I have healthy stuff at home - I bought everything needed to make a vegetable & chicken sheet pan. Easy as hell. Cut the stuff, put it in the oven, done. But I can’t find the motivation. What do you guys eat on days like these?
