My current provider just changed their pricing and at the dose I'm on now it's not sustainable anymore. So I've started looking at alternatives but I keep running into this anxiety that switching means I get pushed back to a starter dose. I've been on compounded tirz for a while and the idea of going back to 2.5mg when I've worked up to something that's actually working feels like a real setback. Tbh I specifically want to know is if most providers honor your current dose if you show them your dosing history, or is there a standard "everyone restarts from the beginning" policy? And does it matter which provider you came from, like would they treat a history from a more well known company the same as from a random telehealth company? Also curious if switching pharmacies mid-program feels different at the same dose. Like if I was on hallandale B6 and moved to a provider that uses pro rx or BPI, would I notice a difference?
