I used to be skinny from age 0 to 14. Fat from 14 to 19 then skinny from 20 to 27... I am fat again now from 27 to 34 (my age now) (I became fat at 27 because of depression and some personal traumas.) and I decided that I wanted to be skinny again but this time pretty much forever. What worked for me through all these years? Counting my calories and the occasional fasting - exercising. I started my "comeback" 2 weeks ago now ... at 112kg and this morning I was 109.7 , thats almost 5 pounds in 2 weeks and it made me very happy! I am so motivated right now and just cant wait to be skinny again, be more confident, be happier, be happier and be more stylish and women and people are nicer when I was skinny and handsome instead of fat and ugly. (... I know confidence is important but people are really superficial as well in my opinion.)
