logging exercise?

I'm not sure anyone can answer this but I just did a round of disc golf (think golf but with frisbees) and the walk was about a 3 mile hike. It was easy, not to much up hill climbing and it wasn't consistent walking. I stopped and stood for some of it. But I forgot to wear my watch so all I have tracked was my steps. I would like to log my activity but I have absolutely no idea even roughly how many calories that burned or how to track it as it's not like the lose it app has disc golf as an option. does anyone have any idea how many calories that could be? I'm a 5 foot female 28 and around 164 pounds.
