Post
[Parent post: "Energy usage excessive"] I’ll keep it short and sweet. I need ideas. I cannot get my energy usage down. It’s always been high but now I’m tired of it and with how expensive electric has gotten it’s getting overwhelming. I have gas water heater, furnace, stove, and dryer. Two window units, like 1500 sq ft house. But there is no trend that I can find. I’m averaging 1300-1700 kWh a month. Any help is appreciated. --- They're running over 50kwh a day, which is nuts. That would be like running 4 or 5 window A/Cs at max cycle 24/7.

Summary
The commenter is making a general observation about high energy use, not expressing interest in replacement windows.
Reasoning
The comment focuses on the poster's electricity usage and compares it to running multiple window A/C units, which is an energy-consumption remark rather than a window-shopping signal. There is no mention of drafts, old windows, quotes, costs, or any intent to replace windows. This reads as off-topic commentary in a home-energy discussion.
Extracted Signals
- General observation about high kWh usage
- Mentions window A/C units, but not replacement windows
