I use the lose it app to track calories and workouts but I want an app that creates workouts for me that I can use on weekends, when I’m not at the gym. I go to the gym 5 days out of the week and exclusively do cardio whether the treadmill, elliptical, or cycling but also want some actual workouts to do. I don’t like doing them around people and I hate being watched. At home I have a pelaton and a bench that I should be making use of, or just plain weights. What apps do yall recommend?? I don’t want something that has a subscription for all the good benefits but if that’s impossible something cheap??? I’m a college student so yk I’m penny pinching
