I decided to try a simple diet for the first time in my life, because over the last 10 years my weight had affected my life. (im a fairly active/nonexercise person) Almost a bit over 2 months later (started Feb 1) I have lost 30lbs. Now I feel at least 10 years younger in my midsection (huge win) at the cost of looking 10 years older in my face. I will be 57 this week. My goal was to lose weight by my birthday and feel young; be my best..now I feel like I aged up.. ughh. I was 196lbs, now I am around 166lbs. Any tips? I'm guessing once I start getting more muscle back that I lost, I will look less sickly and old. This seems like I lve seen it with others before
