first picture is Christmas 2024, second is 2025, and the third is from a week or so ago. I only started sema at the end of January but I've lost about 20 lbs. I havent been taking progress pics but I should be. I feel like there's a difference but then i look at these pictures and still think I look exactly the same. like apparently no glp1 is gonna save me from being built like Danny Devito in that batman movie, but progress is progress.
