Weight is down but I feel and look bigger after resuming after a break?

Post

Hello! Wondering if anyone has experienced this and can advise: I was in my GLP-1 for a year, lost 15kg and felt great. Then took a break for 2 months due to cost and put on about 5kg. I the restarted 2 months ago and the scale is saying I am back down to what I was before the break (60kg) but I feel AND look way bigger. I know it’s not just in my head, as people close to me have confirmed I am still a bit bigger. Does anyone know what could be going wrong? I run about 3 times a week but admittedly don’t do any form of strength training — I initially thought that may be why I’m now looking ‘flabby’, but I also wasn’t doing strength training when I got to my lowest. Feeling super disappointed as the financial aspect had really taken a toll (I have to pay out of pocket and it’s a real scrape for me every month 🤣)
